As part of our standard report, we include a summary page listing recommended repairs and the costs associated with the repairs, as well as a slab elevation survey. Termite or wood destroying insect inspections can be coordinated at the same time for the convenience of the client. For our commercial clients, we can provide a full due diligence pre-purchase package that includes structural and mechanical inspections, Phase 1 Environmental Assessments, and testing for asbestos, lead and radon. A similar package can be customized as necessary for re-finance requirements.
