For our residential clients, we provide expert opinions of the Structural and Mechanical systems in a home about to be purchased or under construction. Our inspection services also include pools, spas, water wells, septic systems and sprinkler systems. Our report writing method is clear and concise, written in layman's terms wherever possible. As part of our standard report, we include a summary page listing recommended repairs and the costs associated with the repairs, as well as a foundation surface/slab elevation survey.

 

Termite or wood destroying insect inspections can be coordinated at the same time for the convenience of the client.

 

Home Energy Inspections are provided for existing homeowners to identify thermal and energy usage losses in their homes. A detailed report identifying energy “hogs” and methods of improvement is outlined with cost effectiveness and return on investment payback.

 

Home Builders will appreciate our certification in the International Residential Code and Inspector designation from the Post-Tensioning Institute. We provide the 3 stage inspections required by the Texas Residential Construction Commission for homes built or remodeled in un-incorporated areas.

 

For our commercial clients, we can provide a full due diligence pre-purchase package that includes structural and mechanical inspections, Phase 1 Environmental Assessments, and testing for asbestos, lead and radon can be coordinated in conjunction with a property condition inspection according to ASTM standards. A similar package can be customized as necessary for refinance

requirements.
